Note that time slots are at a premium and are booked days in advance. If you cancel or wish to reschedule, you are essentially taking two time slots. The time has been designated for you once you book.

As a result, cancellations will not be refunded. If a new time is needed, payment will be required for that second meeting time. This also helps keep your commitment to achieving webinar mastery. If multiple meeting times are required that can be established during the first meeting.
